This stylish men’s wedding ring features an oval Forever One moissanite bezel set at the top of a tapered white gold band, flanked on either side by flush set pear shaped diamonds. It was created for a client from Redmond, WA, who visited our Bellevue, WA showroom in person to begin the custom design process.

On this visit, he found a piece that he wanted to customize, and so we worked closely with him, both in person and through the online workroom we set up to manage his project, to finalize all of the details of the piece. Design Your Own Wedding Ring
Center Setting and Flush Set Diamonds
The centerpiece of this design is a 0.36 carat oval Forever One moissanite that’s bezel set in 14k palladium white gold. It’s oriented to sit in line with the finger when the ring is worn, although it is entirely contained within the margins of the band. This center stone crosses the band at its widest point, and it’s flanked on either side by flush set pear shaped diamonds.
These two side diamonds combine to total 0.19 carats, making them the perfect complement proportionally to the larger center stone. They are positioned so that their rounded ends are closer to the center, while their corners point down along the band. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
Band Design and Customization Options
The band is 7mm wide at the top, and it gradually tapers moving down the sides, reaching its narrowest point across the very bottom. The entire piece is polished to a high shine, and this gives the metal a beautiful white sparkle that helps to accentuate the brilliance of the diamonds set in it.
If you’re interested in customizing this piece, you may want to start by choosing different shaped diamonds, or by selecting different types of gemstones all together. This decision may be based on the kinds of stones used in your partner’s wedding set, or it could allow you to incorporate a gemstone or color with special meaning for you.
Selecting a different type of metal is an option to consider as well, and both rose and yellow gold would bring classical warmth and a different type of contrast to the design. Choosing a brushed or sandblasted finish would change the appearance of the piece significantly as well, and you may even want to adjust the width of the band to whatever’s most comfortable for you.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
