Band Design
This band features a concave surface that leaves the outer edges as the highest point on the ring. The shape works well with the engraved design, which consists of a series of grooves outlining a braided pattern that wraps all the way around the ring. The groves even extend to the fronts of the ring, and this helps to make it truly seem like the band is made of several strands of metal braided together.
Finish and Metal Options
The rich color of the 14k rose gold that this ring is made from is complemented nicely by the sandblasted finish, which creates a soft matte surface on the top of the band. The fronts are polished, however, and this contrast adds some subtle complexity to the design. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
These are far from the only finish and metal combinations available, however, and if you’re interested in customizing this piece, you may want to consider mixing them up a bit. For instance, you could use yellow gold and a high polish all the way around for a more thoroughly classical look. Or you could switch to brushed white gold for some added contemporary flair.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
