This classic men’s wedding ring features a squared palladium shank with contrasting finishes. It was created as a custom piece for a client from Seattle, WA, who worked with our staff both onsite in our Bellevue, WA showroom and online to ensure that every aspect of the piece was exactly the way he wanted it.

Band Design
The shape of this ring is what makes it really stand out. While the inside is round, the outer edges thicken in certain areas to form four corners, and this gives a distinctive look and feel to the piece.
The entire ring is made of palladium, with the top and fronts featuring contrasting finishes to give the piece another layer of depth. While the outside of the ring is brushed for a nice matte effect, the fronts are polished to a high shine, and this helps draw attention to the unique shape of the band.
Finish and Metal Options
Even a design as seemingly straightforward as this one provides ample opportunity for customization. For instance, you could use a different type of metal to completely change the look of the piece. The warmer tones of rose or yellow gold can reinforce the ring’s classical look, and different finish options are available as well.
If you want to stick with the contrasting finishes, you might try a hammered outside with polished or brushed fronts. Or you could go in a different direction entirely and have the whole ring polished. You could also add small peek-a-boo diamonds or other gemstones to the fronts of the ring in the corners for a bit of added sparkle. Design Your Own Wedding Ring

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
