Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is 8mm wide and platinum, and its surface is divided into several sections by a series of grooves that run around and across it. These include two that continue all the way around the band, and they separate the wider middle section from the narrow rails on either side. On the top of the ring, four shorter grooves run perpendicular to the longer ones, creating segments in the center section, with a longer rectangular one at the very top and a square on either side of that.
The center rectangular section holds a row of four channel set princess cut diamonds, and there is a single flush set princess cut diamond in the middle of each of the square sections. This brings a nice balance to the design, simultaneously adding a bit of sparkle and highlighting the details of the band design. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
Contrasting Finishes and Customization Options
The entire top surface of the band, including the grooves, features a brushed finish, while the rails and fronts of the ring are polished. This subtle contrast helps unite the interior of the piece while helping the rails to frame it nicely. However, if you’re interested in customizing this ring, you might consider using a polished finish across the entire piece for a bit more dramatic flair, or you might want to try a sandblasted finish on the inside rather than the brushed for a different kind of matte effect.
Another customization option to consider is using different types or shapes of gemstones across the top of the band. This is a particularly useful variation if you’re trying to match some elements of your ring to your partner’s, as working in the same types of gemstones can quickly create a deep connection between all of the pieces in the set.

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
