This stylish men’s wedding ring features an offset line of custom engraving wrapping all the way around the platinum band. It was created for a client from Saint Paul, MN, who wanted to include the engraving specifically to match the engraving on his fiancee’s engagement ring #100608, which we also designed. He shared his ideas with us, and we worked up this design, which he was very happy with.

Custom Engraving
The engraving on this ring displays a lovely organic pattern, and it perfectly matches the engraving on his fiancee’s engagement ring. Our skilled artisans complete this type of detailing by hand as the last step in the production process, and that allows us to attain this stunning level of detail.
It also means that we can recreate just about any pattern or geometric design you’d like to see, which makes this a great way to include something with special significance to you personally. Our client in this case was very specific about the placement of the engraving and the width of the band overall, and we adjusted our design until we had it exactly where he wanted it.
Matching Wedding Sets
While we encourage you to make all rings in a wedding set at the same time to ensure uniformity of detail and to save time, we’re always able to create a new piece to match an existing one, as we did in this case. A matching set of rings is a wonderful way to represent the bond you’re forming together, and it can function as a symbol of the link that you’ll share always.
Metal and Finish Options
This ring is made from platinum with a polished finish, which gives it a sleek, contemporary feel. The custom engraving adds a bit of vintage flair, though, and if you’d like to accentuate that a bit, you could choose to make the ring in a warmer rose gold instead. A brushed finish would also change the overall look and feel of the piece, and may be a better fit for you depending on your own personal style.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
