Pendant Design
The sides of the triangle are narrow strips of metal that create a frame, which is open in the middle, and the entire body of the pendant is oriented with one flat side at the top and a corner pointing directly downward at the bottom. It attaches to the chain directly from the two top corners, and this keeps the piece from moving freely on the chain, helping it to stay centered and balanced when worn.
Smoky Quartz and Diamond Accents
The top bar is lined with round split prong set diamonds, which combine to total 0.03 carats. They stand out despite their small size thanks to the contrast between their brilliant white sparkle and the warm tones of the surrounding metal. The left-hand side of the triangle is smooth and polished, while a 0.16 carat emerald cut smoky quarts is prong set in the middle of the right-hand side. Pendants
This beautiful stone exhibits a delicate, peachy color that is considerably wider than the frame of the triangle it sits on. The asymmetrical nature of the gemstone placement also plays on the otherwise completely symmetrical layout of the piece, adding another dimension to the design.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
