Facet Split Prong Set Diamonds
The 11 diamonds in this ring are all round, and they’re facet split prong set in 18k white gold. The line of diamonds runs across the top half of the band from the mid-point on one side to the same spot on the other, and the band is just slightly wider than the stones themselves.
The faceted split prong setting adds a subtle complexity to the design, as it produces the look of a traditional split prong setting on top and a more complicated design on the ring fronts. The split prong design on top adds to the delicate appearance of the piece overall, while also allowing the diamonds to nearly meet their neighbors along the midline of the band. On the ring fronts, the faceted design is more clearly visible, with the setting for each individual stone separated from the next by a crease that continues all the way down the sides. Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

- Final inspection

Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
