This stunning women’s wedding ring features three round diamonds and four Asscher cut diamonds in an alternating pattern across the top of a polished platinum Euroshank. It was created as part of a custom wedding set for a client from Mercer Island, WA, and it perfectly matches an engagement ring.

The client supplied all of the diamonds in this ring, as it was a remake and update to her original wedding set, and she did the same for the matching engagement ring as well. We worked closely with her throughout the custom design process, communicating online as well as over the phone. She also visited our Bellevue, WA showroom several times to view wax models of our designs, and she was very pleased with the way the rings turned out. Design Your Own Wedding Ring
Round and Asscher Cut Diamonds
The three round diamonds in this ring are all brilliant cut, and they’re prong set in platinum. The corners of the prongs are softly squared, and that helps maintain a consistent line for the margins of the ring. Matching Wedding Sets
Four Asscher cut diamonds alternate with the round diamonds in this design to produce a subtle pattern and a lovely contemporary flair. The Asscher cuts are all bezel set, and they sit at the outermost positions, as well as between the center round diamond and the round diamond on each side. The exact arrangement of these stones was something the client experimented with throughout the custom design process, eventually deciding she liked this setup best.
Custom Wedding Sets
While this is a beautiful ring on its own, it’s made even more stunning when combined with the matching engagement ring. The juxtaposition of different shapes of diamonds, along with the shared features and detailed touches provide a truly glamorous flair to the set, and the fact that we were able to use all of the client’s existing diamonds helped make it that much more special as well.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
