This lovely women’s wedding ring features alternating bezel and bright cut set diamonds in an eternity pattern, accented with milgrain beading. It was created for a client from Sammamish, WA, who we first met with in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom. After discussing her feature and style preferences, we developed this design, which our client loved and approved so we could begin production.
Eternity Band
The way the diamonds in this piece run all the way around the ring create what is considered an eternity band. This is because of the way it represents an unbroken bond and unending love, a sentiment that is only reinforced through the use of diamonds to create the pattern.

Setting Options
Of course, there are many ways to execute an eternity design, and this ring is just one example. The combination of setting used, with bezel and bright cut alternating all the way around, is what defines the outline of the band as well. If you wanted to go with all bezel set diamonds, for instance, you would have only round sections, and if you chose to stick with bright cut settings by themselves, you’d have the elongated sections only.
There are other setting options available in addition to these as well. Split prong, tension, and channel settings all bring their own unique flair to a piece, and so experimenting with different styles and combinations can help you achieve the exact look you’re after.
