18k White Gold Custom Diamond Wedding Band
Item #103136 $2,766Women's Wedding Ring Description
Contoured Band
The shape of this band allows it to sit right up against the matching engagement ring. This means it needs to bow out slightly to accommodate the main setting, and the band also tapers slightly as it moves from the mid-point to the bottom. This makes for a more comfortable fit when the set is worn together, keeping it from becoming too bulky on the inside of the finger. Matching Wedding Sets
The client already had an existing wedding band which was the mirror image of this. The two are meant to be worn on opposite sides of the engagement ring to frame it and add some truly glamorous flair. These types of wedding sets are appealing due to their symmetry, and many people choose to have all pieces soldered together to keep them lined up perfectly.
Channel Set Diamonds
There are 14 diamonds in this ring, and they’re all round and channel set. They run in a line from just before the curve at the top begins all the way across to the other side, and their placement and setting type matches perfectly with those of the companion engagement ring.
If you were interested in customizing this design, one option would be to use a different type of setting for the diamonds. The channel setting gives the set a sleek, contemporary feel, but the round diamonds are a nod toward the classical as well. Using a bright cut or split prong setting would change the look dramatically, and you could even add some milgrain beading for a bit of vintage flair.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
