Eternity Design
The eternity design, in which diamonds or other gemstones run all the way around the band, is a popular choice for both wedding and anniversary bands. It represents the unending nature of your love, as well as the way you've come together to form a perfect union, and it’s also makes for quite an eye-catching piece.
Just because you know you want an eternity band, though, doesn’t mean you’re stuck with a particular style. In fact, while the combination of features in this ring give is a decidedly vintage flair, you can use different types of metals, finishes, and settings in your ring to make it a better match for you.
Channel Setting
The diamonds in this ring are channel set, which means they sit down inside a channel and flush with the top of the ring. This piece uses round diamonds in the channel, which works well to enhance the antique look the client was going for. You can also use princess cut diamonds if you’d like a smoother, more uniform surface, and that would make the piece look a bit more modern as well.
Milgrain Accents
Another feature that adds to the classical appearance of this ring is the milgrain beading that runs along the outside of the channel on both sides. This frames the stones nicely, and it also gives the ring a delicate texture and balance to complement the sparkle of the diamonds.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
