This stunning women’s wedding ring features princess cut and round diamonds bezel set in white gold, with hand engraving and milgrain accents. The design was developed for a client from Norfolk, VA, who came to us with some specific ideas about the ring he wanted for his fiancee.
He knew he wanted to include an infinity symbol in the design, and he also wanted the diamonds to be flush with the band. With that information, combined with some of the inspiration images he shared with us, we developed an original design for him. After several rounds of revision, he decided everything was perfect, and we turned his ring over to our expert artisans for production.
Bezel Set Diamonds
There are three princess cut diamonds bezel set in a row on top of this band. The largest one is in the middle, and it forms the centerpiece of the design. The two smaller princess cut stones each sit at the spot where the first infinity symbol on each shank shoulder cross, helping to highlight that particular design element, while also bringing a nice balance to the piece.
Each loop of the four infinity symbols running across the top half of the band has a bezel set round diamond tucked inside. This adds additional sparkle, which was something our client was particularly concerned with, and it also helps the infinity symbols to really stand out. And as a finishing touch, bright cut set round diamonds are tucked into spaces around the infinity design to maximize the sparkle effect.
Band Design and Accents
A double row of milgrain beading lines the top section that holds the diamonds, framing it perfectly and creating a nice finished feel. The fronts of the ring are also hand engraved with an organic swirling pattern that complements the movement of the infinity shapes, and both of these accents combine to give the ring a nice bit of vintage flair.
