Hand Engraving
A smoothly-flowing vine winds its way across the top of this ring, with elegant leaves branching off on both sides to fill out the design. This pattern of engraving was based on a sample piece that the clients shared with us, and it is also found on the companion engagement ring we made for this couple.
On both ring fronts, an adjusted pattern that draws from the larger one above is engraved all the way around. This is made up of smaller leaf shapes interspersed with elegant scrolls that flow one into another, and it reinforces the organic overtones of the piece while also adding an intricacy and subtle classical flair.
Matching Wedding Sets
Both rings in this wedding set are made from 14k rose gold, and the men’s band we also created for this couple incorporates rose gold rails that border a platinum center to create a connection with the women’s rings. Including these types of details is a great way to add that much more meaning to your wedding set, and when we design all pieces at the same time, we have many opportunities to customize all aspects of the design. It was especially advantageous in the case of this set to make all of the rings at the same time, as the precise shade of rose gold can vary somewhat from one batch to the next. All of these rings were made from the same stock, however, ensuring a uniformity across all three.
