This stunning jacket style wedding ring features bright cut set and bezel set diamonds in an alternating pattern across the top of the bands, with milgrain beading lining them and custom hand engraving below. It was created for a couple from Seattle, WA, for whom we had previously made a custom engagement ring. Jacket Style Wedding Band
This is considered a jacket style band because it comes up on both sides of the engagement ring, enclosing it and producing a lovely framing effect. The two bands that form the jacket are connected by cross bars that attach about three-quarters of the way down each side, and these are positioned so that the matching engagement ring can sit comfortably within them. Both wedding bands curve out modestly at the top, allowing them to run along side the center setting of the engagement ring, echoing its general shape without following its contours exactly. Yellow Diamonds and Milgrain
The top half of each band in this jacket features an alternating pattern of bright cut set and bezel set round yellow diamonds. The bright cut set stones are clustered together in groups of three, all set within a marquise shape, and a single bezel set stone separates each marquise section. This arrangement gives the bands a scalloped shape that complements the ornate engagement ring nicely, and the yellow diamonds were chosen to match its large center stone. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
All of the diamonds, as well as the custom hand engraving found on the lower portion of the band, are framed with delicate lines of milgrain beading, and this is a detail that’s present on the matching engagement ring as well. The use of the yellow stones, combined with the other design details, helps to create a lovely vintage flair for the piece, and the way the features are shared across the two rings produces a stunning presentation when they’re worn as a set.

Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
