Description
This stunning women's ring features bezel and bright cut set diamonds set in an eternity pattern around a joined set of three individual bands, all of which are accented with milgrain beading. It was created for a client from Redmond, WA, who visited our Bellevue, WA showroom to get the custom design process underway. She had a clear idea of what she wanted for her piece, and after viewing the CAD and wax models of the design we created for her, she gave us her approval to move forward into production. Three-band Design
The underlying structure of this ring is formed by three bands that run parallel to each other and that are joined by extensions from the middle band at regular intervals. The middle band is also the widest of the three, with the narrower bands on either side combining to produce a lovely framing effect and a satisfying sense of balance for the piece overall. All three bands are made of platinum, and this material contributes a lovely silvery shine to the piece that complements the brilliant white sparkle of the diamonds nicely. Diamonds and Milgrain
The two outer bands of this ring are lined all the way around by small, round bright cut set diamonds. These are framed by single rows of milgrain beading on either side, and both of those details combine to produce a decidedly classical feel for the piece. The fronts of the ring are also covered with a wheat-style pattern of custom hand engraving, and that is bordered by milgrain as well.
The wider center band of the ring features slightly larger round diamonds bright cut set in groups of four in an alternating pattern with larger bezel set baguette diamonds. The baguettes are oriented to sit lengthwise across the band, extending beyond its margins to create the connection to the narrower rings on either side. Both the baguettes and the bright cut set diamonds are framed by double rows of milgrain in this middle band, helping to emphasize its central place in the piece.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
