This elegant women’s wedding ring features marquise shaped diamonds bezel set in a line across the top and accented with milgrain beading. It was created for a couple from Sammamish, WA, who had initially come to us to have an engagement ring made. Marquise Diamonds
There are 11 marquise shaped diamonds in this piece, and they’re laid out end to end along the top of the ring. All of the diamonds are bezel set, extending down past the mid-point on the band for a lovely, glamorous look. The marquise shapes of the diamonds create a scalloped profile for the ring, with the gentle curves lending a subtle complexity to the design.
Milgrain Detailing
All of the diamonds are lined with milgrain beading, and there are several rows of milgrain found on the fronts of the ring as well. These create an interesting texture on the otherwise smooth, polished platinum, giving the piece some character and depth without overshadowing the diamonds on top. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
