This lovely women’s wedding ring features an alternating pattern of marquise and round diamonds set in a platinum band. It was created as part of a custom bridal set for a client from Bothell, WA, who brought her ideas to our design team and then worked with us closely to ensure the rings we created perfectly matched her vision. It is designed to match engagement ring #102092, which we created at the same time to make sure all details of the rings complemented each other completely.

Alternating Diamonds
This ring includes a variation on the half eternity design, with diamonds running across the top part of the band. But rather than being set straight in a row, these diamonds alternate in placement and cut, and they include both round stones and the elongated marquise.
The resulting pattern is reminiscent of leaves on a branch, and it gives a somewhat organic feel to the piece. The pattern of these stones also complements the placement of the diamonds on the shank of the engagement ring, creating a lovely effect when both rings are worn together.

One advantage to creating both rings at the same time is that it enables us to ensure all detailed metalwork is identical. It also means that you won’t have to part with your engagement ring at any point when we’re creating the wedding ring, as we would have to borrow it to match the contours of the two rings if we make them at different times.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
