Pave Set Diamonds
There are 100 diamonds in this ring, and they extend in four rows from the mid-point on one side of the band to the same spot on the other. They are all pave set, with two rows on top and another on each ring front. The use of the pave setting means that almost no metal is left visible, which helps to fully highlight the stunning sparkle of the diamonds. Women’s Custom Wedding Bands
Hand Engraving and Milgrain
Below the diamonds, the band is covered with custom hand engraving in a wheat pattern, with complementary designs on the fronts and top modified to fill the available space. The exceptional detail you see in this piece is the work of our master engraver, whose skills and experience allow us to offer such exquisite designs.
Because engraving like this is completed by hand, it also enables us to customize it to a great degree. We can replicate many different styles and patterns, and this is a wonderful way to incorporate a special personal detail into your ring.
The engraved sections are lined with milgrain beading, which acts as a frame and reinforces the vintage themes already present. Including milgrain is also a nice touch if it’s on your engagement ring, as it can help make the connection between the two parts of the set more clear. Of course, you can always choose to forgo the milgrain to give the ring a bit more of a contemporary look if that’s the style you prefer.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
