It was created for a client from Bellevue, WA, who came into our showroom at first to see some examples and talk about what she envisioned for her ring. We then communicated with her online to finalize the details of her design.

Eternity Band
An eternity band is a popular option for both wedding and anniversary rings. It features gemstones running all the way around the band, and in the case of this ring, the stones are 14 round brilliant cut diamonds that total 5.50 carats combined. They bring wonderful sparkle to the piece, and their overtones of romantic love and unparalleled beauty go hand-in-hand with the way the eternity design represents the unending and seamless bond you’re forming.

Setting Choices
The diamonds in this ring are shared prong set, and that creates an open, almost organic look. It lets the diamonds shine through from all directions, and the pattern made by the intertwining strands that come up to form the prongs brings a wonderful intricacy to the design.
The type of setting you use, especially in an eternity ring, can have a huge impact on the overall look and feel of the piece. For instance, you could switch to bright cut set stones lined with milgrain if you’d like to take this ring in a more vintage direction. Or you could opt for a channel setting to create a sleek, modern feel.
Other Options
Changing up the setting type isn’t the only way you can customize this design either. Some other options include switching to a different gemstone in place of all or some of the diamonds as a way to include a stone of special significance to you. 3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
