He first found the engagement ring that he liked, and after making a few adjustments to the design, asked that we create a wedding band to go with it. We worked with him exclusively online, as he was unable to visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally. Nevertheless, the pieces we created for him were exactly what he wanted thanks to the skills of our design team and the high-tech imaging tools we have at our disposal.
Half-eternity Design
The half-eternity design is popular for wedding bands, and it features a row of small diamonds running half-way around the ring. In the case of this piece, the diamonds are bright cut set, which gives the ring a nice sparkle and a classical feel. However, if you prefer a different style, you could switch to a channel setting for a more contemporary look, or you could go with a split prong setting to allow the diamonds to shine through from all angles.
Hand Engraving and Milgrain
To go along with the setting choice for the diamonds, a delicate milgrain beading runs along the edges of the top of the ring, and this helps to reinforce the classical look. Additionally, hand engraving covers the fronts of the ring three quarters of the way around, and this detail matches the engraving found on the engagement ring, helping to tie both pieces together.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
