Diamonds and Blue Sapphires
The six diamonds in this ring are all round and bright cut set within marquise-shaped sections made of 18k white gold. These marquise shapes alternate with hexagonal sections, whose margins are the bezel settings surrounding the six blue sapphires that alternate with the diamonds all the way around the ring.
The way the gemstones form an unbroken line around the ring is what makes this an eternity design. It brings with it sentiments of everlasting love and the perfect union you and your partner have come together to form, making the style a popular choice for wedding and anniversary bands. It’s also a great choice to mark all kinds of other significant events in your life and relationship, and there are many ways to integrate a personal detail to give the ring even more significance. Hand Engraving and Milgrain
Another great place to work in a personal touch is through addition or modification of custom hand engraving. On this ring, sections of wheat-style engraving sit on both ring fronts on the flat surface of each hexagonal section. You can customize this to reflect a symbol, pattern or style with special significance for you, with the only main limitation being the space available for our engravers to work. Hand Engraving
The engraved sections are bordered with milgrain beading, which provides a frame for the engraving to give its margins definition. The milgrain also lines the top surface of the bezel settings holding the sapphires and the marquise sections that cradle the diamonds. This brings a finished quality to the ring, and it also reinforces the vintage overtones of the design.
