You can begin the custom design process by going through our website, or you can visit our Bellevue, WA showroom in person to discuss your ideas with our team. If you’re not sure exactly what you’re after, we’ll show you sample pieces and discuss various style options with you until we have a good idea of your preferences in those areas. Then we’ll put together CAD models of your unique piece as we propose to make it, and you can modify these as many times as necessary to ensure every detail is perfect.
Center Diamond and Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in the middle of a split prong set diamond halo. The halo style is a classic choice, and the split prong setting helps draw out these themes even more. The diamonds in the halo also help the center stone shine more brightly by reflecting additional light up onto it from below, and this is in addition to the lovely sparke they produce on their own. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is narrow and straight all the way around, and it holds a line of split prong set diamond accents that run down both shank shoulders to close to the bottom on each side. These diamonds echo those found in the halo at the top in terms of size, cut and setting style, and they create a decidedly glamorous look for the piece.
To complete that look, small round diamonds are bright cut set up each of the bars in the basket below the center setting. These extend up from a central spot below the center diamond to meet the underside of the halo close to where the prongs for the main stone originate, giving the ring a satisfying overall balance.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
