Description

This gorgeous engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond atop a wide white gold band, accented by bezel and bright cut set diamond accents as well as milgrain beading. Because the accent diamonds continue all the way around the ring, it’s considered an eternity design, and there are plenty of ways you can modify it to make it better reflect your personal style. Center Diamond

At the top of this ring, a one carat round brilliant cut diamond is held up high in a four prong setting made from 18k white gold. The setting is open on both ring fronts, allowing for a clear view of the gorgeous stone, and also permitting plenty of light to reach the diamond, helping to increase its sparkle.

Diamond and Milgrain Accents

Marquise diamonds are bezel set all the way around the middle section of the band, and they’re angled in an alternating pattern to allow them to fill the space perfectly. There are 17 of these accent diamonds in all, and they’re interspersed with small, round bright cut set diamonds to create a dazzling version of an eternity band. Unique Engagement Rings

Round bright cut set diamonds also cover both ring fronts, with those closest to the main setting slightly larger to fill the space available. Milgrain beading also frames all of these accent stones, adding a nice finishing touch and a hint of vintage flair to this otherwise contemporary design.

Customization Options

If you’re interested in customizing this ring, there are several options to consider. For instance, you could introduce color contrast by switching to rose or yellow gold. This would also bring some warmth and a more classical feel to the piece, and you could take that trend even further by using an oval diamond in the center rather than round. Diamond Engagement Rings

Other options include using pink diamonds or sapphires as accents to bring some romantic overtones to the design. Blue sapphire is another popular choice when you’re interested in adding some color to an engagement ring design, and it can be used in the center or in place of some of the accent diamonds in this piece.

Customize

Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.

Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.

  1. Design and estimate

The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.

  2. 3D design review

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.

  3. Physical model

A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.

  4. Approval and production

The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
