If you’re looking to design a ring and have no time to work in-person or you’re anywhere around the world, our team is always ready to assist you, assuring a seamless process from start to completion.
This ring features a Toi et Moi style, French for You & Me, which represents 2 gemstones celebrating two souls. The design incorporates an open band look with an angled pear-shaped diamond of approximately 1.50 carats and a round diamond around .51 carats, each sitting at the top of each end. The two-tone look as well as the open style give this band a versatile look which allows it to be worn as engagement or fashion ring.

Design and estimate

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
