This lovely diamond engagement ring features a round brilliant center diamond with accent diamonds set in a pear shape on either side surrounded by vintage milgrain and filigree detailing. Diamond Center
At the top of the ring, a round brilliant cut diamond is six-prong set in 14k white gold. The basket of the diamond setting features filigree in a slightly Edwardian vintage style. The silvery metal frames the center diamond and lets it sparkle as much as possible, while the accent diamonds draw attention to the beautiful center as well. Diamond Engagement Rings
Diamond Accents
There are two diamonds on either side of the center, which total .03 carats. They are small accents set horizontally on the cathedral shoulders and are surrounded by a pear-shaped raised border and milgrain. The rest of the shank is polished and simple, leaving ample opportunity for a matching wedding ring with the same pear-shaped pattern, or for a different design entirely.
Another wedding band idea would be to incorporate sapphires with alternating diamonds to continue the vintage look. For a more modern design, an all metal band with modern hand engraving would be stunning. Vintage Engagement Rings Seattle
Vintage Styling
The filigree and milgrain on this beautiful ring can be altered to different patterns. For example, double milgrain could be added for more framing around the accent diamonds. Hand engraving on the shank would make the ring distinctively even more vintage-inspired, and rose gold would be a lovely touch as well to add contrast to the sparkle of the diamonds.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
