At the top of the ring, a round brilliant cut diamond is six-prong set in 14k white gold. The basket of the diamond setting features filigree in a slightly Edwardian vintage style. There are two diamonds on either side of the center, which total .03 carats. They are small accents set horizontally on the cathedral shoulders and are surrounded by a pear-shaped raised border and milgrain.
