18k Rose Gold And Platinum Custom Two-tone Yellow And White Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
Item #103270 $5,983 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
The client knew she wanted a yellow diamond in the center, and she was considering two slightly different settings to customize. Once we had found her a yellow diamond she liked, we were able to mock up images of what the stone would look like in the different settings, and she decided to go with one based on our original design.
Center Setting
At the center of this piece, a round fancy yellow diamond sits in a double prong setting made from 18k yellow gold. Using the yellow metal for the setting helps to reinforce the beautiful color of the diamond, making it almost seem to glow. The diamond itself is considered a fancy intense stone thanks to its naturally rich color, and it’s 0.77 carats. Vintage Engagement Rings Seattle
Diamond Halo and Accents
Surrounding the larger diamond is a squared halo of round bright cut set white diamonds. The corners of this square are cropped, which gives it an angular shape that introduces some vintage overtones to the design. Bright cut set diamonds are present on the sides of the halo as well, and they continue down along the basket below the center setting for a truly glamorous flair.
Hand Engraving and Milgrain
A flowing wheat pattern is hand-engraved across the entire top and both fronts of the band nearly all the way to the bottom. This engraving is framed perfectly by rows of milgrain beading, and both of these details reinforce the vintage themes already present to create a unified, balanced look.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
