After a combination of collaboration in-store and online in our private messaging system, our designers created exactly the ring the client had imagined. Our custom design process helped the client see different changes and adjust the design accordingly. The final result was elegant and classic, and can be paired with many different wedding band designs.
Diamond Center and Accents
The centerpiece of this engagement ring is the .90 carat round brilliant diamond. It was the client's stone, and we custom built the entire design around that specific diamond. The 56 accent diamonds all total .45 carats, which is substantial, but the ring maintains a dainty and delicate look. Diamond Engagement Rings
Classic Engagement Ring Design
A design is considered "classic" mainly when it has diamonds down the shoulders and a center stone in the middle. It can involve many different customizations, and still maintain the classic look. In this case, the client customized with larger side diamonds and tiny diamonds on the gallery rail and prongs, creating almost a hidden halo look. The positioning of this gallery rail was very important, because he had an idea in his mind, but it also needed to be structurally stable to last a lifetime. We were able to find this middle ground and the result was absolutely stunning.
