Engagement Ring Description

This stunning engagement ring features an emerald cut diamond center set East-West in a semi-bezel with two tapered baguettes on each side. It was created for a client from Seattle, WA, who had an idea of what they wanted. After seeing a few sketches, CAD designs, and wax models, they were ready to move forward into production. Step Cut Diamonds

All the diamonds on this ring are step cut, meaning the diamond is cut with long parallel lines, creating parallelogram facets. This faceting gives the diamond a glamorous sparkle. The center is a lab grown 1.22 carat emerald cut with perfectly proportioned baguette diamonds to align with the sides of the diamond. Three-Stone Design

There are two tapered baguettes on each side set to give the look of one larger accent diamond because diamonds are not normally cut as that larger combined shape. Our jewelers were able to set the diamonds close together to execute the design, which gives the look of a three-stone ring. Three Stone Engagement Rings

Customization

There are many ways to customize this ring. The client had originally played with the idea of using prongs instead of a semi-bezel. You could add hand engraving down the shank for a more vintage look, or use an emerald-cut colored gemstone, like ruby, emerald, or sapphire.
