Description
This elegant engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond, surrounded by a halo of shared prong set diamonds, with additional diamond accents on the rose gold band. It was created for a client from Cheney, WA, who came into our Bellevue showroom to share her inspiration piece with us.

We created a 3D model of the ring we proposed to make, and she clarified several points before giving approval to send the piece into production. At that point, our expert artisans took over, and their splendid craftsmanship resulted in the beautiful piece seen here. Halo Engagement Rings
Center Diamond and Halo
At the center of this ring is a 0.63 carat round brilliant cut diamond held in place by four claw prongs. The setting, as well as the rest of the ring, is made of 14k rose gold, which contrasts beautifully with the sparkling white of the diamonds. Diamond Engagement Rings
It also ties in with other vintage-inspired elements, including the halo of split prong set diamonds that surrounds the center stone. These diamonds bring additional sparkle to the piece, and they reflect some of that back up onto the center stone, helping to increase its brilliance as well.
Diamond Accents
In addition to the diamond in the halo, there are split prong set diamonds running down the shoulders of the shank. These stop right at the mid-point on the band and they help unify the design while also adding a glamorous flair. The use of the same setting style as found in the halo also reinforces the vintage themes of the piece, and it is a feature that can be utilized in a matching wedding band to unite the set.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
