Engagement Ring Description

This stunning engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in the middle of a diamond halo, with bright cut set diamond and hand engraved accents on the band. It was made for a client from Seattle, WA, who came into our Bellevue, WA showroom to get the custom design process underway.

By comparing various sample pieces in person, he was able to show our staff what types of design features he wanted included in his ring. We created an original design for him, which we shared through the online workroom we use for all custom design pieces. He was very happy with what we had come up with, and so gave the go-ahead to move the piece into production.

Center Setting and Halo

The diamond in the center of this ring is a round brilliant cut, and our client personally selected it from the assortment we found for him. He was particularly concerned that this stone be perfect, and we worked with him to achieve the look he wanted.

The center diamond is prong set in 18k white gold, and it’s surrounded by a squared halo of split prong set diamonds. The halo effect helps to intensify the brilliance of the larger diamond, and the contrasting shape of the halo gives the center setting a nice, balanced feel. Diamond Engagement Rings

Diamond and Hand Engraved Accents

Bright cut set diamonds run down the shoulders of the shank to the mid-way point, and these are lined with milgrain beading for a bit of vintage flair. The fronts of the ring are covered with beautiful hand engraving down to the three-quarter mark on the band, and a similar pattern fills a small space below the diamonds on the top as well.
