Low Profile Solitaire
Solitaires are known to put extra emphasis on the main stone with no other distractions from the center piece. It is the most classic style among the engagement rings and choosing it has always been iconic.
Although solitaires may appear too simple, yet, at Joseph Jewelry we always spice up our designs with a flair of details.
This stunning engagement ring holds a unique detail to its basket and prong tips. The center diamond sits in a custom floral basket with leaf-like motifs extending into prongs to hold the gem in place. The twisted metal at the prong tips gives an illusion of movement and rotation to the center stone when looked at from above.
These artistic details make this solitaire jump high above the average look. At Joseph Jewelry, we always include intricacy and elegance to our pieces.
This engagement ring is characterized by a low profile, where the culet of the diamond rests inside the band and sits flush to it.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
