Item #105773 $6,138 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
After submitting his initial design inquiry, we created several mockups with different elements the client wanted to include. After sending us more inspiration photos and communicating back and forth through our online messaging portal, we created a design the client was very happy with, and it quickly went to production.
Center Diamond
The center of this piece is a beautifully cut Assher diamond weighing 1.72 carats. An Asscher cut diamond is a vintage-style cut and features long step cuts similar to an emerald cut style. It is a square shape with clipped corners, and the long rectangular step cuts incorporate the Art Deco feeling of geometric shapes. Diamond Engagement Rings
Blue Sapphire and Diamond Halo
The Asscher cut diamond is bezel set in the ring and surrounded by a halo of blue sapphires and classic diamonds. Each sapphire is baguette cut, incorporating more step-cut styles to match the center diamond. The sapphires are bezel set into the halo and alternate with the round colorless diamonds that are bright cut set. Milgrain surrounds the entire halo, and accent diamonds run down the shoulders of the ring. The finishing touch is hand engraving on the fronts of the rings, finalizing the lovely vintage aesthetic. Joseph Jewelry
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
