Custom Diamond Pave Engagement Ring
Item #103544 $20,790 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
For this ring, they used the inspiration piece #102374, and they had us modify it to accommodate the significantly larger center stone that they provided. We built a model of this new piece for them in CAD, and we shared the proofs of the design with them through the online workroom we set up to manage their project. They requested some minor modifications, and once we’d integrated these into the models, they gave their approval to move the piece into production.
Center Diamond and Halo
In the center of this ring, a 2.57 carat round brilliant cut diamond sits in a four prong platinum setting that rises up out of the swirling, organic halo surrounding it. This dazzling stone was provided by the clients, and we built the ring to match its exact proportions perfectly. Diamond Engagement Rings
The diamonds in the halo are all round and set in an edgeless pave style that leaves almost no metal showing around them. The halo itself is made up of three strands that loop over and under each other as they continue around the center stone, producing a knot-like design that’s also organic in nature.
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is made up of two platinum strands that run side by side along the bottom before beginning to cross back and forth over each other as they move up both sides towards the top. About half-way up, pave set diamond accents begin, and these continue all the way up to the spot where the band connects to the center.
There are also pear shaped diamonds set into the space between the criss-crossing strands on each shank shoulder just before the edge of the halo, and this was a special addition the client requested that was not part of the original design.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
