Center Setting
The largest diamond in this ring is one carat and round brilliant cut. It’s displayed beautifully in an 18k white gold setting, the four prongs of which meet the stone at the compass positions relative to the band. This gives the entire center setting a dynamic sense of movement that flows smoothly into the rest of the piece, and it adds a star-like quality to the diamond as well.
Band Design
The band begins at the bottom as a solid piece, and it widens almost immediately before splitting into two strands on each side at about the three-quarter point. From here, the two strands separate slightly but follow almost parallel paths to the top of the ring where they twist up and around the center setting to form an intertwining knot-like design. Diamonds and Milgrain
From the point of the split on each side, both strands of the shank are lined with bright cut set diamonds, and this continues up into the center setting as well. Because of the way the strands holding the diamonds wrap around the center, the knot design is transformed into a stylized halo, adding a glamorous flair and classical feel to the piece.
There are 152 accent diamonds in this ring all together, combining to total 0.32 carats. Running along either side of these diamonds are lines of milgrain beading that frame the stones beautifully while simultaneously bringing a healthy measure of vintage flair to the piece.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
