Diamond Halo Engagement Ring
Item #102820 $5,712 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Setting and Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is a 1.86 carat round brilliant cut diamond. It’s cradled securely in four claw prongs that wrap up around the sides and come to points all aimed directly at the diamond’s center. The entire main setting is raised up enough to allow a straight wedding band to fit underneath it.
Surrounding this gorgeous gem is a slightly squared halo of split prong set diamonds, which bring their own sparkle to the piece as well as intensifying the brilliance of the larger stone above. The halo arrangement is a classic choice for this type of piece, and the use of a split prong setting also helps bring some vintage flair to the design.
Diamond Accents
The shoulders of the shank are also lined with split prong set diamonds down just past the mid-point on the band. These complete the classic look, and they tie in nicely with the diamonds in the halo. They also are identical in shape and placement to the diamonds on the companion wedding band, helping to unite the set and create a stunning display when the two pieces are worn together.
Custom Wedding Sets
Because you’re likely to wear your wedding band and engagement ring as a set more often than not, it’s a good idea to have them made to go together. This ensures a more comfortable fit, and it also allows you to include some shared features that can add meaning to the designs. Matching Wedding Sets
Whether you’re interested in a set much like this one, or you’d like to take your pieces in a completely different direction, our team will work closely with you throughout the custom design process. We can offer guidance on selecting a compatible set of features, and we’ll revise our design as many times as necessary to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the finished product.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
