This stunning engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set in the center, with two additional round diamonds prong set on each side. It was created for a client from Preston, WA as part of a custom wedding set that also included this wedding band. The client had a set already that had belonged to her grandmother, and she wanted to use the diamonds from those rings in a more sleek and modern setting.

She initially visited our Bellevue, WA showroom with the rings and discussed her vision for the set with our team. We then created CAD images of the pieces we proposed to build, and she came in again to see wax models before giving her final approval to send them into production. Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Center Diamond
The center diamond in this ring is a 0.58 carat round brilliant cut diamond that we took from the client’s existing engagement ring. It’s prong set in white gold, and the prongs are grouped slightly towards each side, leaving a larger space open on the top and bottom of the stone. This provides a clear view of the diamond from the side, helping to show off its beautiful shape and sparkle while also emphasizing its place as the main focus of the ring.
Side Stones
There are four other diamonds in this ring, and they’re all prong set as well, with two on each side of the larger center stone. Taken together, these accent diamonds come to exactly one carat, with their shape and prong setting mirroring the larger diamond at the top. All of these diamonds from the set the client provided, and their placement matches up perfectly with that of the diamonds in the companion wedding band. Matching Wedding Sets

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
