Center Setting and Halo
The round brilliant cut diamond at the center of this ring is suspended in the middle of a halo by four white gold prongs. These extend up from the interior corners of the halo to cradle the diamond securely, and they leave the rest of the space around the stone open to allow plenty of light to get in. Halo Engagement Rings
Running around the outside of this center setting is a squared halo of round bright cut set diamonds. These help to intensify the brilliance of the center stone further by reflecting light back onto it, and they also bring a lovely vintage flair to the piece.
Split Shank and Diamond Accents
The narrow, flat shank of this ring splits into two just before it reaches the top, and this allows for a smooth transition into the main setting. The two strands of the shank diverge quickly, allowing them to each meet a corner of the halo at a comfortable angle.
Round brilliant cut diamond accents are also found on the band, beginning at the mid-point and continuing all the way up to the top. These tie in nicely with the diamonds in the halo to create a link between the two sections, and their beautiful sparkle adds some glamorous flair to the ring. Diamond Engagement Rings
Custom Hand Engraving and Milgrain
The fronts of the ring, as well as the top below the diamonds, are covered with a custom hand-engraved pattern that incorporates both scroll and wheat elements. Our master hand engraver completes this type of work as the final step in the production process of all our fine custom pieces, and this allows us to customize the design for you to a great degree. Both the hand-engraved sections and the accent diamonds are lined with milgrain beading as well to reinforce the vintage look.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
