Emerald Cut in Halo Setting
Although emerald cuts are usually elongated in shape, this aquamarine center is square in form and step cut with clipped corners to create an octagon shape. This specific type of cut emphasizes the parallel step cuts, giving depth to the gem when looked at from a bird’s eye view.
What is better than a halo to flawlessly contour this beautiful aquamarine and make it stand out even more! White diamonds outline the periphery of the center stone giving it a larger appearance and contrasting with the light blue aquamarine tone. Halo Engagement Rings
For extra flare and detail, the round diamonds are smoothly interrupted to accommodate baguette diamonds on each side of the ring’s halo. This additional touch gives the overall look an unusual approach to a halo setting and elevates the classiness of this fashion ring.

A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
