Carved Tahitian Pearl
The main body of this pendant is composed of a 10mm black Tahitian pearl, and it’s carved in an organic pattern made up of curving lines and teardrop shaped indentations. This creates a sense of something flowing down the pearl, a dynamic but gentle movement that references raindrops and running water.
Tahitian pearls are notable for their rich, black color, accented by hints of gold, pink, yellow and green. In the case of this piece, the carving helps highlight these accents, adding another dimension to the design.
