Custom Initials Diamond Pendant
Item #1236Pendant Description
Pendant Design
The outer perimeter of the pendant is in the shape of a heart, with an extra twist at the bottom forming a small loop of metal. At the top where the two curves of the sides of the heart come together, one continues past the meeting point, flowing seamlessly into the script letter B that sits in the middle of the heart shape.
This initial can be made in the shape of any letter, allowing you to quickly personalize the design without making any major changes. The way the heart and letter shapes are intertwined gives the piece a beautiful flow and a whimsical quality that only helps enhance the romantic overtones already present.
Diamond Accent
A 0.25 carat round brilliant cut diamond is prong set towards the bottom of the pendant, curled within the bottom strand of the B. The inclusion of the diamond adds to the romance of the design, and its brilliant sparkle brings some glamorous flair into play as well. Pendants
Of course, you could substitute a colored diamond or sapphire for this gorgeous stone, allowing it to represent something of special meaning to you. You could also use rose or yellow gold for the metal rather than white, and you may consider adding custom hand engraving to push the design in a more classical direction.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
