Although he couldn’t come into our Bellevue, WA showroom personally, we communicated with him extensively via the online workroom to make sure the piece we produced was exactly what he was looking for. Using high-quality CAD images, we gave him some different options for the way the moonstone could be incorporated so he could choose the one he preferred, and he was very happy with the finished product.
Pendant Design
The overall shape of the pendant is a stylized heart, with one side coming up slightly higher than the other, and a curve that extends past the bottom of the heart in an elegant, curving sweep. The chain loops through the top of the heart so that it hangs from its highest point and slightly at an angle.
Because of the layout of the design, however, this orientation makes the script filigree in the center sit level. This writing extends from one side of the heart to the other, and it’s attached in such a way that it appears to be suspended in the middle of the heart. Design Your Own Jewelry
Moonstone Accent
Our client wanted to incorporate his girlfriend’s birthstone into the design as well, and so we used a pear shaped moonstone bezel set in the curved end to accomplish this. The size and placement of the stone give a nice balance to the piece, and its soft, whitish color provides just the right amount of contrast with the warmth of the metal.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
