Diamonds and Sapphires
The 18 diamonds in this ring are all round and bright cut set in 18k white gold. They’re arranged in groups of two that extend lengthwise across the band, serving as dividers between the sections of blue sapphires that make up the majority of the piece. These sapphires are also round, but they’re channel set, and there are 36 of them in all, combining to total 0.21 carats.
Unlike the diamonds, the sapphires are arranged in a row that sits inline with the band. There are four of them in each section, with the diamond sections on either side providing a lovely color contrast as well as a somewhat dramatic break from the clean line of the band.
