14k Yellow Gold Custom Diamond Wedding Band
Item #102753 $2,264Women's Wedding Ring Description
Split Prong Set Diamonds
There are 33 diamonds in this piece, and the split prong settings used to hold them give the ring a classical and delicate look. With this type of setting, the diamonds appear to span the entire width of the band, creating a truly dazzling effect when viewed from the top. This type of setting style was used in the companion engagement ring as well, which helps link the two together.
Contoured Wedding Bands
The other main features of this piece are the three soft curves along the top. These allow the wedding band to sit flush against the engagement ring, helping the two achieve a look of perfect synchrony. The rows of diamonds stop at the same point on both pieces as well, and to ensure we lined everything up exactly, we borrowed the engagement ring we had made previously when we were creating the wedding band. Matching Wedding Sets
For any wedding set, there are two options for the wedding ring itself. You can either choose to have a straight band that may or may not sit flush against your engagement ring, or you can opt for a contoured band like this one. Of course, some engagement rings are built in such a way that a straight band will line up perfectly with them, but many require some adjustment if you want that flush alignment, usually due to the size and shape of the center setting.
One of the advantages to the straight band is that it can be worn on its own or as part of the set. This is a nice option to have, particularly if you have a large engagement ring that you don’t want to risk damaging in certain situations. However, the look of a contoured set is quite impressive, and our team will help you determine which option is right for you by showing you examples of different styles and offering advice on how to achieve exactly the look you’re after.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
