This lovely women’s wedding ring features a hand engraved leaf pattern accented with milgrain beading running all the way around the white gold band. It was created for a client from Puyallup, WA, who worked with our designers onsite in our Bellevue, WA showroom to make sure every detail was just right.

Hand Engraving and Milgrain
The main feature of this ring is the exquisitely detailed hand engraved leaf pattern that covers the top and sides of the band. It was a pattern that the client picked out from the samples we provided, and it gives the ring a bit of classical flair without being overpowering. To give the piece a more finished look, the sections of engraving are lined with delicate milgrain beading, and this enhances the vintage feel as well.
Both the milgrain and the engraving are added by our highly-skilled artisans as the final steps in the production process. This allows us to customize the engraved designs to a great extent, which makes it a great way to put a personal touch on your piece. Design Your Own Wedding Ring

We can make you a ring just like this one, or we can help you customize it until it’s a perfect match to your personal style. Some options for customization include using a different pattern for the engraving, removing the milgrain, or switching to a different type of metal such as rose or yellow gold. At this point, you can request as many revisions to the piece as you’d like until you’re sure it’s exactly what you’re after. We can even grow a wax model for you to inspect before giving your final approval to put your piece into production. 3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
