It was created as part of a custom wedding set that includes another identical wedding band as well as an engagement ring for a client from Seattle, WA. The two wedding bands in the set are designed to be worn on either side of the engagement ring, providing a beautiful and symmetrical set that was exactly what the client was looking for. Split Prong Set Diamonds
There are 18 diamonds running across the top of this ring, and they’re all split prong set in 14k rose gold. The warm tones of the metal contrasts wonderfully with the sparkling white of the diamonds, and the placement of the stones matches up exactly with that of the accent diamonds in the companion engagement ring.
Gemstone and Metal Options
If you’re interested in a band like this, there are quite a few ways to customize it. For instance, you might choose a different color metal such as yellow or white gold, or you could include colored gemstones to work in a detail of personal significance like the eye color or birthstone of your partner.
While diamonds are the most popular choice for wedding and engagement rings, sapphires are frequently used in this role as well. Custom Wedding Sets
Because we designed all three rings in this set at the same time, we were able to adjust them as a set to ensure they came out exactly the way the client wanted them. Our custom design process is set up to ensure your complete satisfaction, and it includes a CAD phase during which you can request as many modifications to the design as you want until you’re sure we’ve captured your vision.
We can also grow a wax model for you if you’d like to inspect a physical representation of your piece before approving the design to move into production, and if you can’t visit our Bellevue, WA showroom personally to take a look at the wax, we’re happy to ship it to you as well.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
