Center Diamond and Halo
The centerpiece of this ring is a round brilliant cut diamond that’s bezel set in platinum. It’s surrounded by a halo of round bright cut set diamonds that sits just slightly below the level of the bezel setting. This positioning allows the center stone to remain the primary focus of the piece, with the halo providing additional sparkle and emphasizing the perfectly circular shape of the larger diamond. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is straight and flat most of the way around, with a split occurring just before the center setting on each side. The two strands that emerge here extend out away from each other, intersecting with the bottom of the halo about half-way out to its furthest edge. This provides a balanced look for the top of the ring, and it allows the band to more smoothly flow into the elegant curves of the center setting.
Round diamonds are bright cut set along both of the strands on either side of the center, and several larger stones continue down the band after the two strands come together, with all accents ending right around the mid-point. All together, the accent diamonds in this ring total 0.43 carats, and their brilliant sparkle adds a decidedly glamorous flair to the design. Diamond Engagement Rings
Customization Options
If you’re interested in modifying this ring to make it better suit your personal style, you may want to begin by adding some milgrain beading or custom hand engraving to the band. This would push the design in a more vintage direction, and it would also open up your options for including a personally-significant detail in the pattern of the engraving.
Another option may be to use a different shape for the stone in the center, and you could even choose to substitute a colored sapphire or diamond in this position. Using a different color metal is an option as well, and this would bring contrast to the ring while also introducing some more classical themes.

Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
