Many of the features of this ring were borrowed from a previous custom piece we designed, but the client made several specific adjustments so that is was a better match for her personal style. She also chose to go with a different colored metal, and she picked out a specific pattern that she preferred for the hand-engraved sections.
Solitaire Diamond
The princess cut diamond at the center of this ring is 0.95 carats, and its sparkle really stands out next to the warm tones of the 14k yellow gold that forms the four prong setting holding it in place. A diamond solitaire is a very traditional choice for an engagement ring, and this was a look that the client particularly liked. Diamond Engagement Rings
Band Design and Engraving
A lovely wheat pattern is engraved along the top of the shank, and the fronts are covered with a floral-inspired scroll design that ties in with the leaf filigree below the center setting. All of this engraving comes down to the three-quarter point on the band, and it is the same as the engraving on the wedding band that we made for this couple as well.
Custom Wedding Sets
During the production phase of this project, the client inquired about having a matching wedding band made as well. After discussing the type of band she wanted, we requested an additional week to create the band so that it could be engraved just like the engagement ring. This uniformity helps make for a truly stunning set, and the lovely patterns the client chose for the engraving add some vintage flair to the design of both pieces.

Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
