Band Design
This ring is 6mm wide and made of 14k palladium white gold. It’s slightly domed on top, although the sides are flat, and the entire ring is 2.3mm thick. All outer surfaces of the ring are sandblasted, which creates a fine-grain matte surface, while the inside is rounded and polished for a comfort fit. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
One way you may want to adjust this design to better suit your personal style is to change the width. Men’s wedding rings generally range from 6mm to 9mm, and the right choice for you will often simply depend on what’s the most comfortable on your finger. If you’re not sure about this, it’s a good idea to visit our showroom or your local jeweler to try on some bands of varying widths so you can be sure the ring we make for you will be as comfortable as possible.
Finish and Metal Options
Of course, a sandblasted finish isn’t the only option available either. A brushed finish is one alternative, and this also gives you a matte surface but with a slightly different look. Finishing your ring in a high polish all the way around is something to consider as well, as is using a type of matte finish on top while polishing the ring fronts, which would introduce a bit of contrast to the piece.
You may also decide you’d like a different type of metal for your ring. Platinum and palladium are both good options if you still want something with a silvery color but aren’t partial to white gold. Or you might decide to go with unplated white gold, as it has a natural champagne color which will stay the same over time. Rose and yellow gold are good choices as well, and you may simply want to use the same type of metal as is found in the women’s rings that make up the rest of your wedding set to create a link between all three pieces.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
