This elegant men’s wedding ring features a brushed center section bordered by beveled polished rails that run all the way around the band. It was created for a client from Kirkland, WA, who visited our Bellevue showroom personally to view some sample pieces and discuss the types of features he wanted to include in his piece.
Band Design
This band is approximately 6mm wide and made of platinum. The center portion is flat, while the rails on each side slope downward at about a 45-degree angle. This gives a subtle complexity to the ring design while still keeping it understated and classy overall. Contrasting Finishes
To make the separation between the center portion and the rails clear, these areas feature contrasting finishes. The larger section is brushed, creating a nice matte effect, and the rails are polished. The smooth, shiny surface of the rails also helps the brushed texture stand out, thereby enhancing the beauty of the piece overall.
